These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of structureupadvisors.com (the "Site") operated by StructureUp Advisors. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to the Site only. Services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or its availability to others.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. You should not act on Site content without seeking professional advice tailored to your circumstances. The same applies to educational material we publish on other platforms, including streaming, video, and social media channels.
StructureUp Advisors provides monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation, and business support services under a signed engagement agreement. StructureUp Advisors is not a certified public accounting (CPA) firm and does not provide audit, attestation, legal, or investment advisory services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform services that require a license or credential we do not hold.
Scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, and terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to the services.
We aim to provide accurate and current information, but we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Tax and financial rules change and vary by jurisdiction. The outcome of any engagement depends on the facts, records, and information provided to us, and no particular result is promised or guaranteed.
The Site describes professional background and prior work experience, including roles with professional sports organizations. These references describe experience only. They do not indicate that those organizations are clients of StructureUp Advisors, and they do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by StructureUp Advisors or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non commercial reference.
The Site may link to or embed third party services, such as our scheduling provider, analytics, educational platforms, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StructureUp Advisors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
